Pop, rock and soul with three-part harmonies.
Marmalade are a four-piece pop, rock and soul band built around male lead vocals and guitar, with a second guitar, bass and drums underneath and three-part harmonies across the lineup. The repertoire runs from 50s rock'n'roll (Chuck Berry, Elvis Presley) through soul and funk classics (The Temptations, Luther Vandross) into indie and rock staples (Oasis, Arctic Monkeys, Kings of Leon).
East Sussex-based and available nationwide, the band have over eight years of touring behind them with support slots for The 1975, Saxon, The Human League, Scouting For Girls, Van Morrison and Simple Minds across Europe and the USA. Individual members have worked with Coca-Cola, Hugo Boss and Bentley, with appearances at Wembley Arena and on O2 Academy tours.
Standard format is two 60-minute sets or three 40-minute sets with full PA, lighting and a playlist DJ service included. Add a saxophone for a five-piece, a daytime acoustic solo set, an extra band set, a 1am finish, or upgrade to a manned DJ. Midweek discount available.
