Two musicians met playing weddings in 2003. Twenty-two years and six children later, we run the agency that books them.
The first decade was on stage.
We met in 2003. Tom on drums, Leah on lead vocals, both in the same band on the same weekend wedding circuit.
For the next ten years we toured together. Weddings, parties, corporate events, hotel residencies, the kind of work that teaches you what a buyer actually wants and what they don't, fast.
We played hundreds of nights between us. We stood in every kind of room a band gets booked into. We know the difference between a band that turns up and a band that delivers, because we've been on both sides of it.
From the dance floor to the desk.
In 2011 we founded Entertainment Agency Group. What started small now books over six thousand events a year across Entertainment Nation, Warble Entertainment and LJ Music Management.
The team is more than thirty strong, headquartered in Stratford-upon-Avon.
Tom is the founder and director. Leah is co-director and leads the exclusive acts side: sourcing, vetting, and getting the right bands onto this roster.

Twenty-two years and six children later, we still run it together. The family runs alongside the business, and always has.
Most of the team have been with us for years. The acts on this site are managed with the same care that holds the rest of it together.
