Selective
by design.
We say no to most acts who apply. We manage the ones we keep with intention. We pay for promo that holds up on stage.
We say no a lot.
We audition. We vet. We watch acts perform live before we sign them. Bands that drop standards leave the roster. That's the contract on both sides.
The bar to get on is high. The bar to stay on is the same.
An agent isn't enough.
When a band joins LJ, we don't just put them on a website and forget about them. We manage their booking pipeline, their content, their availability, their reputation, and the conversations a buyer doesn't see.
A dedicated relationship manager handles the work an act would otherwise have to do themselves. Their job is to keep the band sharp, the calendar full, and the buyer happy. None of those things happen on their own.
We pay for what most agencies wouldn't.
Original video shot by our in-house team. Professional audio recordings. Photography that holds up under scrutiny. Supporting material that tells a venue or planner what they're getting before the act arrives.
Our acts walk into your room with the material to back up the performance, not a phone clip from last year's wedding.
Bookings, at volume.
LJ acts are booked through Entertainment Nation and Warble Entertainment, the live entertainment platforms behind us. [X LJ act bookings in the last 12 months.]
The result is that bands on this roster stay sharp, because they actually play. They aren't left to chase their own work. That shows up in the performance.
When you book an LJ act, you book the support behind them.
Every act on this site comes with the same management standard. The same back-up. The same accountability if something on the night isn't right.
A booking is never just a band. It's the operating layer behind them.
